*not for private use (weddings, birthdays, religious gatherings, etc.), commercial projects (company events, assignments from industry, etc.) and school projects (workshop, stores, project week).

All prices are without guarantee

Devices on site can be used without registration. Some devices or workstations can be reserved. The use of some devices is subject to an initiation.

Registration is necessary for the use of our rental offer.

For registration:
1. Print and complete the form. Registration form  
2. Bring more documents:

• Personal ID (ID, passport, driving licence)
• Original personal liability insurance certificate

Registration authorises you to rent equipment. You will be issued with a loan card applicable for that calendar year: CHF 10/year

Reservations are taken during opening hours by telephone or in person at the Culture Office. Provisional reservations are not possible. No reservations by e-mail.

Rental is for 1-14 days.

Reservations may be extended by telephone on request.

Prices are by day (midday-midday)

Weekends (Sat–Tues) count as 2 days' rent.
One week (7 days) counts as 5 days' rent.

Collection

Renters must collect in person.
Tues–Fri: 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Sat: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Return

Tues-Fri.: 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Sat: 12:00 - 1:00 pm

A later return counts as an extra day and the rent goes up to three times the price for every overdue day. 

The rent can be paid in cash, by debit or credit card.
No invoice will be issued.

Please notify cancellations by telephone.

Up to 15 days before rental: free of charge
8–14 days before rental: 25% of rental price
5–7 days before rental: 50% of rental price
0–4 days before rental: 100% of rental price

Young people under 18 need parental approval.

The Kulturbüro accepts no liability for damage occurring during use of the hired items; Renters are fully liable in this regard.

Renters are also liable for the new value of defective or missing equipment or parts, cables for example.

We reserve the right to pass on extra charges incurred by the following renter through the late return of hired equipment to the previous renter in full.

For photo and video equipment, a short-term insurance policy can be taken out with lings.ch on a daily basis. A credit of CHF 5 is available per hirer under the code word «KulturBüro».
