We want to ensure that the Kulturbüro and our services are accessible. We consider accessibility on various levels and promote access to culture.
Even after the move to new facilities, we are still working continuously to remove existing barriers. It is important to us that no one is excluded on the basis of access needs.
If you have any access requirements or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail. We will make every effort to respond to individual needs and find suitable solutions.
Building
The entrance to the Kulturbüro is at ground level and threshold-free. The entrance door must be opened manually to the outside. There are no thresholds or steps in the public areas of the building. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room for free movement.
Workstations
There are height-adjustable desks in the room. There is a sofa and two soft armchairs. There are also areas that can be darkened with curtains.
Light
The room has big windows that let in lots of natural light, along with neon lights for artificial lighting. Workstations can be set up with blackout curtains to reduce glare and create a comfortable working space.
Volume
The room can become noisy due to the use of printers and the presence of many people. For people who need a quieter environment, we can provide ear protection.
Parking spaces
There are two parking spaces directly behind the building. Access is via the driveway to the right of the Kulturbüro, the parking spaces are on the left-hand side.
Public transport
Our location is 350 metres from the Güterbahnhof stop (tram 8 and bus 31), 400 meters from the Lochergut stop (trams 2 and 3) and 500 meters from the Hardplatz stop (tram 8 and 13, buses 31, 32, 33, etc.).
