VW T6 Bus

9 seats, with 6 removable seats, diesel, Bluetooth, rear parking camera, GPS, incl. trailer coupling.

Dimensions of entire cargo area: length 2.40 m, height 1.35 m, width 1.58 m (1.22 m with wheel recess!)

CHF 45.00/day, excluding petrol, including 100 km

CHF 225.00/week, excluding petrol, including 500 km

Additional kilometres: CHF 0.30

*The bus can only be rented directly to cultural or social workers with their own driving licence. The renter must have held a SWISS driving licence for at least one year and be at least 20 years old.*

PLEASE NOTE: We only register new customers upon presentation of a current extract/copy of their liability insurance.

With our bus insurance, the renter has an excess of CHF 500 (liability) or CHF 1,000 (comprehensive). If you would like to avoid this, take out ‘rental car excess insurance’ with Basler Insurance in advance! This costs very little, is very straightforward and can be taken out for a short period.

In the event of damage, the renter will be charged a flat fee of CHF 100, which must be paid directly to the Kulturbüro upon return.

New customers

The bus can only be rented directly to cultural or social workers with their own driver's license. The renter must be in possession of a Swiss driver's license for one year and be at least 20 years old.
We only accept new customers upon presentation of a current statement/copy of the liability insurance.

Insurance

We only cover new customers upon presentation of the liability insurance. With our bus insurance, the customer has a deductible of CHF 500 for liability and CHF 1000 for hull. The Basler insurance offers a rental vehicle deductible insurance, with which these deductibles can be avoided.

Event of damage

In the event of damage, the renter will be charged a flat-rate fee of 100 Swiss francs, which must be paid directly to the Cultural Office upon return.

Return

The bus must have a full tank of fuel and be outside in a car wash or otherwise at a designated location
getting cleaned.
