The set with the two small microphones can be used with the stereo bar provided as an X/Y, ORTF or A/B stereo pair for high-quality room recordings. Used individually, the microphones are ideal for acoustic instruments, such as stringed instruments, woodwinds, percussion, and drums or piano. The condenser small membrane microphones have a cardioid characteristic and a fairly linear frequency response.
