Computer fitness course

Is your Mac not loading properly or indicating it lacks space? Has it been slow recently or does it appear disorganised? Are you not sure whether it has picked something up?
In this course you can learn how to keep your computer working well for as long as possible, so it can maintain high performance even at an advanced age. What is going on in the background the whole time and is it necessary? Why is the hard drive still full, even though you have deleted so much? Who has an overview of your files? Does security have to be cumbersome?
Even if the answers to these questions are mainly of a technical nature, the course provides simple and practical solutions. Ultimately, computers are just machines that do what you tell them.
The course is for Mac users. You are welcome to bring your own laptop.
